Customers have asked the differences between the Mazzer Mini E and Rocket Fausto. First things first, you can't go wrong with either of these grinders. Featuring electronic dosing and stepless adjustment, each grinder can be incredibly fine tuned and programed to give you your perfect grind every time.
To start, let's go over the features of each grinder:

Our Thoughts
Price -
The Mini E is slightly cheaper than the Fausto Grinder
Stepless Adjustment - Just like the Mini E, the Fausto Grinder will allow you to fine tune your grind with the easy turn of a dial. Unlike the Mini E, however, the Fausto's dial is MUCH easier to turn.
65mm blade set - Typically found in commercial grinders, the Fausto Grinder blades are a beast. Unlike most grinders, Mini E included, the bottom blade is adjusted controls the grinding. This means that the Fausto Grinder maintains its calibration through disassembly and cleaning of the internal blades.
Speed - Slower than the Mini E, the Fausto Grinder produces a slightly sweeter espresso
